Partners
Frequently asked questions.
How do I start a partnership enquiry?
Use the form on the Partners page or email info@affixlabs.com with your market, current range and approximate volume. Qualified enquiries get a reply within two business days.
Can I visit the facility or meet the team?
Yes. Serious distribution and white-label partners are welcome in Nijmegen to meet the commercial and technical team.
Do you work with agents or sales representatives?
Yes, in markets where we do not yet have distribution. If you represent brands or run a distribution network in your region, get in touch about a representation arrangement.
What does Powered by Affix Labs include?
One formulation supplied under your brand, access to our regulatory documentation to support your own registrations, and the option to join our existing notifications where the market allows. Co-branded artwork is approved by our Lab Director before print.
Which markets can I sell in today?
Repeltec is BPR-compliant (PT19) with BAuA and ANSES notifications; it is notified in Germany, France and Norway and available in Austria and the United Kingdom. Other markets are assessed case by case. It is not available in the Netherlands.
Minimum order and lead time?
Opening order is 48 units per label, which is the standard agent opening order size, in cases of 24. Lead time from Nijmegen is 5 to 10 working days for stock production and 15 to 25 working days where a contract manufacturing run is needed.
What is the difference between distribution and white label?
A distributor sells the Repeltec range under the Repeltec brand in an agreed territory. A white-label partner sells the same formulation under their own brand, with Powered by Affix Labs on pack. The formulation, the plant and the documentation are the same in both cases; what differs is whose name is on the front of the bottle and who owns the customer relationship.
Can we use our own bottle, label and pack size?
Your own label and, within the formats we fill, your own bottle. Pack sizes outside the current range are a tooling and filling question, so ask before you design around one. All artwork is approved by our Lab Director before print: the claim set, the mandatory notice and the registration reference for the market are fixed, the rest is yours.
Can the formulation be changed for our range?
No. The formulation is what is notified, and changing it means a new dossier, a new notification and a new timeline. Fragrance, colour and any other modification are out of scope for the same reason. If you need something the current product does not do, talk to us about it as a development project rather than as a variant.
Who holds the registration, and whose name is on it?
Affix Labs Netherlands B.V. holds the notifications and dossiers. Whether a partner can be placed on an existing notification, or needs their own, depends on the market and on whether the product is placed unchanged. It is decided case by case by our regulatory lead before anything is agreed commercially. Current status per market is on the Status page in the professional portal.
What regulatory documentation do we get?
Safety data sheets, labels, the technical data sheet, certificates and notification letters, per market and per language, through the professional portal. Partners get the documentation needed to support their own registrations where a market requires one. Documents are versioned and dated; always pull the current version from the portal rather than reusing a copy from an email.
How is Repeltec different from what is already on the shelf?
The technology page explains how the product works and the claim set that applies in your market, and the professional library carries the technical articles behind it. For a commercial comparison against the products in your category, ask us for the competitive brief; it is not something we publish.
How long does it take to launch a white-label range?
It is driven by regulatory clearance rather than by production. Artwork approval and a production run are measured in working days; whether you can be placed on an existing notification or need your own is the item that sets the date, and it is decided per market by our regulatory lead before anything is agreed commercially.
Do you supply artwork and co-branding files?
Yes. The Powered by Affix Labs pack contains the logo files, clear-space and minimum-size rules, and a two-page guide covering placement on pack, in retail artwork and online. Send proofs for approval before print.
