Who you are contracting with

Availability

We sell only into the countries listed as available on this site. Availability follows the regulatory status of the product in each country: where the product is not notified or registered, the shop for that country is closed and we cannot ship there. Ordering from a country we do not list is not possible, and an order that reaches us from one will be cancelled and refunded.

The Netherlands is not a consumer market for this product.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT at the rate of the country of delivery. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order and are included in the total you approve.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund it; we do not substitute a different product without asking.

We may decline an order where the product is not available in your country, where the quantity is out of line with household use, or where a payment cannot be verified.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Mollie, which offers the methods available in your market. Your card or bank details are entered on Mollie's systems and are not stored by us.

Delivery

Carrier, transit time and return address per market are on the delivery page. We ship from the Netherlands unless the delivery page says otherwise for your market.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a reasonable time with a photograph and we will sort it out.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, with the exceptions set out on the right of withdrawal page. One of those exceptions matters here: a sealed product that is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned once it has been opened. A biocidal product falls into that category.

Conformity

Products must match their description and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. Your statutory rights where they do not are unaffected by anything in these terms, and in several of our markets those rights run for two years or longer.

Shelf life and storage conditions are on the label. A product stored outside those conditions, or used after the date on the bottle, is outside what we can stand behind.

Safe use

This is a biocidal product. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. The label is the rule: it sets out the surfaces, the method, the drying and the reapplication interval, and it takes precedence over anything written on this website.

Keep the product out of reach of children, away from food, and store it as the label says.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

Beyond that, our liability is limited to the foreseeable loss arising from a breach of these terms, and we are not liable for loss caused by use of the product contrary to its label.

Complaints and disputes

Write to info@affixlabs.com first. We would rather fix a problem than argue about one.

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
