Join our dynamic team to lead our market entry into Germany. As our Sales Representative for the German market, you will be the key person responsible for introducing our innovative, eco-friendly insect solution to retailers: outdoor, pet, and specialty segments and professional application companies such as cleaning companies and pest control specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Strategize and execute a comprehensive market entry plan for the German retail scene, focusing on the outdoor, pet, and specialty segments.

• Build and nurture relationships with potential retail partners, presenting the unique selling points of our product.

• Understand the nuances of the German market, ensuring product positioning and branding align with local preferences and standards.

• Represent Affix Labs at trade shows, conventions, and other industry-related events in Germany.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to devise promotional campaigns tailored for the German audience.

• Provide regular feedback from the field, ensuring that our strategies are well-tuned to market demands.

• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met, with regular reporting to company leadership.

Requirements:

​

• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.

• Previous experience in sales or market entry roles, preferably within outdoor, pet, or specialty retail sectors or hygiene sector / pest control.

• Native German speaker with outstanding communication skills.

• Demonstrable understanding of the German retail landscape, market trends, and consumer behavior.

• Ability to articulate the unique benefits of eco-friendly products in a persuasive manner.

• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in similar roles.

• Flexibility to travel extensively within Germany.

• English language proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Established relationships or contacts within the specified retail sectors in Germany.
