FMCG Sales Executive

48.000 - 68.000 Euro a Year base Salary
Bonus available up to 40.000 Euro a year.
Target Salary after the first year 80.000 Euro.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to deliver EU sales targets.

  • Negotiate and close agreements with key accounts and independent retailers with an emphasis on achieving new listings for our brands.

  • Manage e-commerce accounts. 

  • Deliver new business development opportunities across all EU sales channels.

  • Implement product pricing in the EU markets to ensure alignment with corporate requirements and brand positioning.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports.

  • Submit forecasts and projections of future plans and performance

  • Actively engage on a strategic level with the founder and management team of the business on new opportunities and areas of interest.

This means finding the right distribution channels and activation opportunities, growing the FMCG team and creating momentum, and building a strong foundation with the marketing department for full picture consistency.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years sales/commercial experience within FMCG with an emphasis on cleaning products.

  • A strong ability to forecast accurately and deliver constant value and attention to detail with an eye on the P&L.

  • Motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Highly developed negotiation and account management skills

  • Superb communication skills and an ability to forge relationships

  • A passion for fast moving consumer goods and brand building

  • Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities.

  • Some experience within an e-commerce environment would be an additional advantage.

  • Second language preferred
